We want you to love your Larroudé shoes, but if they aren’t a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 21 days of delivery. Please ensure items are unworn, in their original packaging, and shipped back in a protective outer box.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Follow the prompts to download and print your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.
Pack Your Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original Larroudé box and secure them inside a sturdy shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.
Drop Off and Track
Affix the label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; your refund or exchange will be processed once inspected.
